With the goal of strengthening labor relations and ensuring job stability in the region, the Union of Industrial and Maquiladora Workers (SJOIIM) held a strategic meeting with senior representatives from Grupo Collado and Fabservmex.

Dialogue to Protect and Strengthen Jobs

The meeting opened a direct channel of communication to discuss alternatives that will help preserve and enhance employment opportunities along the border, reaffirming the shared commitment between the company and the union.

The session was led by General Secretary Juan Villafuerte Morales, accompanied by members of the Union’s Executive Committee:

• Juan Gómez and Raúl Mata, delegates from Fabservmex
• Miguel Luna and Aldo Hernández, delegates from Grupo Collado

Following the agreements, the delegation toured the industrial plant, where workers took the opportunity to greet the General Secretary and share their experiences and concerns.
