In a display of joy and creativity, Varel International turned Halloween into a festival of color and originality. We invited all colleagues to unleash their inventiveness in our costume contest, which became the highlight for both shifts.

Costume Contest

The competition was fierce, with participants showcasing everything from classic Halloween frights to the most inventive pop culture representations. Originality was the rule, and each costume told its own unique story.

Executive Presence

The event was graced by the esteemed presence of Plant Manager Omero Valdez, Human Resources Manager Oleo Gonzales, and our General Secretary Juan Villafuerte Morales. Their participation reaffirmed the management’s support in promoting a dynamic and engaging work environment.

Awards Ceremony

The judging panel, comprised of the company’s employees, faced the challenging task of selecting the winner. The first place was awarded to the striking “Scarecrow”, which stood out for its creativity and flair, earning a cash prize.
